Product Overview
Our high-quality aluminium bathroom cabin is engineered for remote sites, labor camps, and modular building projects requiring durable sanitary solutions. Featuring a robust aluminium frame structure with six shower cubicles and four WCs, each cabin is pre-plumbed, pressure-tested, and fully fitted before dispatch.
Sanitary facilities are the module where field construction fails most expensively, because everything in them is wet and every joint is a potential leak. Six showers and four WCs means dozens of pipe connections, floor falls that must actually drain, waterproofing that must be continuous, and ventilation that must work — all of it inside a container footprint. Building it in a factory means the falls are set on a jig and the whole installation is pressure-tested before it leaves; building it in the field means finding the leaks with the camp already occupied.
The 6 + 4 configuration is a capacity decision, and it is worth checking against the headcount rather than assuming. Showers are the constrained resource in any camp because demand arrives in a single peak at the end of a shift, not spread through the day. WCs spread more evenly, which is why the ratio favours showers. A unit specified from bed count without thinking about shift patterns produces a camp that works on paper and queues in practice.
An aluminium frame is the right structure for a permanently wet building. Every sanitary module has water on the floor, condensation on the ceiling and humidity in the wall cavity for its entire service life, which is the environment that destroys steel-framed cabins from within. The units coordinate dimensionally with the office, kitchen and accommodation modules in the same range.

Tooling Where Needed

What we can change for your project – and what we cannot
Material and Grade
The structural frame is extruded aluminium in 6063-T5 for the general members, 6005-T5 where a member carries more load in the same envelope, and 6061-T6 for the highest-stress components such as lifting and corner points. Billet comes from approved partner manufacturers, with per-heat chemistry confirmed by direct-reading spectrometer before extrusion.
Surface Finish
Frame and trim profiles can be anodised, powder-coated, fluorocarbon (PVDF) coated, electrophoretically lacquered or wood-grain heat transferred – all in-house processes, all over chromium-free pre-treatment, using electrostatic powder from an approved partner manufacturer. PVDF is the usual choice for units going to coastal or high-UV locations; wood-grain transfer is used where the unit has to look residential rather than industrial.
Custom Tooling
Custom tooling is part of the normal service, not a special case. The in-house die shop designs the section, runs simulation analysis on the metal flow, machines the die and hardens it by vacuum nitriding, so a frame, trim or fixing section can be produced to a customer’s own drawing. Existing dies can also be reworked where a project needs a variant of something already in the library.
Made-to-Order Sizing
Nothing about the unit is fixed except what transport requires. Plan size, ceiling height, partition positions, the wall and roof build-up, the number and position of windows and doors, electrical and plumbing points and the external colour are all specified per order. The outside envelope is held to a road- and container-transportable module, because a unit that cannot be shipped economically is of no use on site.
Factory and Export Capability
Shipment is handled directly by the approved partner manufacturer, which holds a direct export licence for aluminium and aluminium products, and loading is supervised internally — whether the order fills a full container or shares one. Annual production capacity is 50,000 tonnes at the partner manufacturing base and exceeds 100,000 tonnes across the group network. Packing includes protective film, moisture-barrier wrapping, foam interleaving and timber crating; terms are FOB, CIF or DDP.
Alloy, Temper, Finish
Billet chemistry is checked by spectrometer on every heat, the temper is confirmed to the drawing, and the finish is applied in-house over approved partner manufacturer chromium-free pre-treatment.
