Product Overview
Our high-quality aluminium kitchen cabin is engineered to serve 60 people in remote sites, labor camps, and modular building projects requiring heavy-duty catering solutions. Built with a corrosion-resistant aluminium frame, each unit comes factory-fitted with catering layout, services, and drainage installed before dispatch.
A camp kitchen is the hardest module in a modular camp to build on site and the easiest to get wrong. It needs a serving capacity matched to the headcount, a workable layout in a very confined footprint, hot and cold water, drainage with grease separation, gas or electrical cooking supply, extraction over the cooking line and wipeable surfaces throughout. Built in the field, that becomes several trades working sequentially in a confined space with no supervision. Built in a factory and delivered complete, it becomes one delivery.
The 60-person rating is the number that should drive the buying decision, because kitchen capacity is not linear with area. It is set by the cooking line, the preparation surface and the wash-up throughput together, and a kitchen sized for 30 does not serve 60 by extending the shift — it serves 60 badly. Sizing the unit to the actual headcount is the difference between a camp that runs and a camp with a queue.
The aluminium frame earns its place in a kitchen more than in any other module, because a kitchen is a permanently humid environment with standing water on the floor for part of every day. That is where a steel frame corrodes from the inside of the panel outward, invisibly, and where an aluminium extrusion simply does not. Units are dimensionally coordinated with the office, bathroom and accommodation cabins in the range.

Die and First Article
If no existing die suits, a new one is designed with metal-flow simulation, machined and vacuum-nitrided on site, and a sample length is extruded for your approval before the run is scheduled.

Dimensional and performance figures are taken from the manufacturing partner’s own product catalogue. Mill certificates, spectrometer analysis reports and coating thickness records are issued with each shipment.
What we can change for your project – and what we cannot
Material and Grade
Three extrusion grades cover the frame. 6063-T5 handles general framing and trim where formability and finish matter more than strength; 6005-T5 is used where the section has to carry more load inside the same profile envelope; 6061-T6 is reserved for the highest-stress items, typically the lifting and corner hardware. Billet chemistry is verified by direct-reading spectrometer on every heat, with material from approved partner manufacturers.
Surface Finish
For surface treatment the choice is normally driven by where the unit is going. Anodising suits units that will stay in their natural metal finish; powder coating covers most colour work; fluorocarbon (PVDF) coating is the specification for coastal, desert and high-UV sites because it holds gloss and colour far longer; electrophoretic lacquer and wood-grain heat transfer cover the cases where appearance is the point. Every route runs in-house over approved partner manufacturer chromium-free pre-treatment with mainstream compatible hardware system-class powder.
Custom Tooling
Bespoke sections are supported. Dies are designed with simulation analysis, cut in-house and hardened in a vacuum nitriding furnace, so a frame or trim section can be opened to a customer’s drawing where a standard profile does not suit the layout – and an existing die from the 5,000-plus item library can be modified where the requirement is close.
Made-to-Order Sizing
Nothing about the unit is fixed except what transport requires. Plan size, ceiling height, partition positions, the wall and roof build-up, the number and position of windows and doors, electrical and plumbing points and the external colour are all specified per order. The outside envelope is held to a road- and container-transportable module, because a unit that cannot be shipped economically is of no use on site.
Factory and Export Capability
The approved partner manufacturer holds its own import-export licence for aluminium and aluminium products and supervises container loading itself, in full containers or consolidated with other items. Production capacity is 50,000 tonnes a year at the partner manufacturing base and over 100,000 tonnes group-wide across multiple partner manufacturing bases, so unit volumes are not the constraint. Every consignment goes out with protective film, moisture-barrier wrapping, foam interleaving and timber crating, on FOB, CIF or DDP terms as required.
Extrude, Then Finish
The confirmed alloy and temper go through the press, then through whichever finish was agreed – anodising, powder, PVDF, electrophoresis or wood-grain transfer – matched to the approved colour panel.
Packed for the Voyage
Protective film, moisture-barrier wrap, foam between profiles and timber crates, loaded into the container under our own supervision, on FOB, CIF or DDP terms.
