Please submit supply information that is authentic, verifiable and within the validity period. The completeness of the data determines whether the procurement team can judge whether the category, quality, cargo rights, quantity and delivery conditions match the project.

Have this information ready before filling in
Don’t just write the product name and a single price. A complete offer should allow the procurement team to determine whether the goods are genuine, fit for purpose and how they will be delivered.

Application does not equal purchase commitment
The procurement team will make matches based on current or subsequent project needs. Offers that do not meet the category, quota, cargo rights, delivery or compliance conditions may not be advanced; all transactions are subject to the formal contract between the two parties.
Application FAQ
Please confirm the data boundaries before submitting.
Can I just send the product name and price?+
Not recommended. Quotations that lack title, origin, specification, quantity, testing and delivery information often cannot be effectively evaluated.
Can I use my personal email or personal account to trade?+
Business contact can be initiated by the authorized person, but formal transactions should be subject to the approved corporate entity, corporate email, public account and formal contract.
Does submission mean it has been purchased?+
Doesn’t mean. Procurement is subject to final review, testing, business conditions, compliance review and contract signing by both parties.
