Overseas EPC Project Procurement & Engineering Supply

For projects with clearly defined needs, we provide design coordination, equipment and materials procurement, quality management and delivery coordination. Construction and turnkey responsibilities are subject to the specific contract and the qualifications of the participating entities.

Overview

Luyu International coordinates Chinese supply-chain resources around project procurement, technical interfaces and multi-supplier coordination, based on information provided by the owner, EPC contractor or purchaser.

The scope may cover steel structures and prefabricated buildings, solar and energy storage, water treatment, power transmission and distribution, electromechanical equipment and other industrial procurement packages.

Whether the project proceeds as full EPC, procurement supply or phased services will be determined after prequalification and technical clarification. Responsibilities, deliverables and acceptance criteria will be defined in the contract.

Technical clarification, design-interface coordination, specification review and specialist design cooperation where required, based on the owner’s information.

Equipment & Materials Procurement

Supplier development against the BOQ, technical specifications and delivery schedule, including technical confirmation, inspection, documentation, packing and export delivery.

Construction & Site Coordination

Where site construction is required, appropriately qualified partners will perform the work under contract. Project management, HSE, QA/QC and interface responsibilities are confirmed item by item.

Commissioning, Training & Handover

Contract-based support for commissioning coordination, training, spare parts, as-built documentation, warranty boundaries and remote assistance.

PROJECT DELIVERY

Project Delivery Path

Six stages define key tasks, responsibility interfaces and delivery milestones from feasibility work through final handover.

Feasibility & Tendering

Site survey, technical proposal and cost estimate. Tender documents in Chinese, English or French.

Contract & Commercial Boundaries

Define the contract model, responsibility matrix, payment, guarantees and risk allocation. Financing is assessed separately only where project conditions allow.

Design & Approval Coordination

Coordinate design interfaces and approval documents in line with the owner’s information, local codes and permit requirements.

Procurement & Shipping

Consolidated container or bulk-vessel shipment, with assistance for destination customs clearance.

Construction & Commissioning Coordination

Define the executing entities, milestones, quality records and third-party supervision mechanism in the contract.

Handover & Warranty

Punch-list closeout, as-built drawings and training handover, with a 12–24 month defects-liability period.

EPC Project Application & Prequalification

This channel is intended for owners, EPC contractors, purchasers and authorized consultants with clearly defined project needs. Please provide verifiable basic project information so that we can assess the scope, technical conditions and delivery boundaries. Following the initial assessment, we will confirm the BOQ, technical specifications, drawings, authorization documents, NDA requirements and other supporting materials with you.

03 Application Notes

After submission, we will conduct an initial assessment based on the information provided. The final scope, quotation and cooperation terms are subject to written confirmation by both parties.
