Aluminum Formwork Systems & Accessories

Project-based supply of aluminum formwork panels, support systems and installation components for residential, commercial and high-rise concrete construction.

SYSTEM SCOPE

A coordinated system, from panels to installation accessories

An aluminum formwork package is more than a quantity of panels. Installation speed, concrete finish, dimensional control and reuse depend on wall, column, beam, slab, corner, support and connection components being designed from the same approved drawings and coding system. Luyu International organizes the supply scope around the building drawings, structural drawings, floor height, number of typical floors and the contractor’s construction sequence.

Wall & Column Panels

Standard wall panels, end panels, column panels, opening panels and related reinforcement components matched to grids, sections and openings.

Beam & Slab Formwork

Beam soffits, beam sides, slab panels, prop heads and support components coordinated with span, beam depth and support spacing.

Internal & External Corners

Corner components for wall-to-wall, wall-to-slab and beam-to-slab interfaces, supporting repeatable assembly and dimensional accuracy.

Props & Bracing

Steel props, early-stripping supports, push-pull props, working platforms and brackets according to the approved project arrangement.

Walers & Tie Systems

Walers, tie rods, flat ties, nuts, washers and sleeves used to control wall thickness, alignment and stability.

Pins, Wedges & Connectors

Pins, wedges, bolts, clamps, hook bolts, stripping tools and other installation or consumable accessories.

Important: Final dimensions, load conditions, alloy or material grade, tolerances, quantities and acceptance methods are subject to approved calculations, drawings and contract documents.
ENGINEERING WORKFLOW

Resolve site interfaces before production

We review openings, stairs, balconies, sunken slabs, beam-wall junctions and embedded items against the latest drawing issue. The resulting formwork zones, component codes and bill of materials help prevent mixed revisions and unnecessary site modification.

For export delivery, packages can be coded by building, floor or installation zone. Packing plans consider stacking, moisture protection, impact protection and the separate identification of small accessories. Project documentation can include component lists, packing lists and agreed installation references.

Recommended inquiry package

  • Architectural and structural drawings in PDF/DWG
  • Typical-floor quantity and planned construction cycle
  • Preferred tie system and existing site practice
  • Destination standards and acceptance requirements
  • Delivery batches, destination port and site schedule

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Can the system be designed from our drawings?

Yes. The latest architectural and structural drawings must be confirmed first. Openings, revisions and special junctions are recorded before production.

Can accessories be purchased separately?

Yes, after compatibility is checked against drawings, samples or measured dimensions. Hole patterns and sections may differ between manufacturers.

How is the spare quantity determined?

The spare ratio depends on reuse cycles, site management, accessory type and local replenishment lead time. It is listed in the final contract schedule.

Is third-party inspection available?

Factory or independent inspection can be coordinated when agreed. Inspection items, sampling and acceptance criteria must be confirmed before order placement.
