Pins are 16mm diameter high-strength steel, tensile strength ≥600MPa. Wedges are spring steel, anti-loosening design. Tie rods are Ø15/Ø17mm, yield strength ≥550MPa, matching 100/150/200mm wall thicknesses. All surfaces are hot-dip galvanized 8µm for corrosion resistance.
Early-release heads support slab stripping at 24 hours, improving turnover. Steel walers are Q235 channel steel with spray paint, lengths 600-3000mm. Diagonal braces are steel tubes with adjustable screw jacks, ±30mm adjustment range.
