Product Overview & Technical Data
Product Overview
Our integrated aluminium office cabin built on a 20-ft footprint is factory-fitted on an extruded aluminium frame and delivered as a complete, working office rather than a shell to be finished on site. Engineered for remote site management, construction headquarters, and modular camp facilities, this unit offers maximum durability and rapid deployment.
A site office is needed at the start of a project, which is precisely when there is no infrastructure, no finished access and no spare labour to build one. That is why the integrated cabin exists: the 20-ft unit is fitted out in the factory — lining, flooring, wiring, lighting, sockets, door and windows — and arrives ready to occupy. The 20-ft footprint is not an arbitrary size; it is the standard container module, so the unit moves on ordinary transport and handles with ordinary lifting equipment anywhere in the world.
The frame is extruded aluminium, which matters most for a building that gets moved. Site offices are relocated between phases and between projects, and each move means lifting, road transport and being set down on ground that is not level. Aluminium extrusion does not corrode at the lifting points where the coating gets damaged, and it is light enough that lifting is a routine operation rather than a planned lift. A cabin that survives ten relocations has a completely different whole-life cost from one that is written off after three.
Because the units are dimensionally coordinated, several can be placed side by side to make a larger office, and they can be combined with kitchen, bathroom and accommodation cabins from the same range to form a complete camp on one delivery schedule.

Technical Data & Specification Review
Published parameters are reference configurations for this series. Final values are subject to approved drawings, manufacturer technical documents, samples and project inspection records.
| Alloys used | 6063-T5 · 6005-T5 · 6061-T6, selected by member duty rather than a single house grade |
| Coatings for site conditions | PVDF for coastal, desert and high-UV sites · powder for general colour work · anodising for natural finish |
| Appearance options | Wood-grain heat transfer and electrophoretic lacquer where the unit has to read as residential |
| Custom dies | Frame, trim and fixing sections produced to customer drawing; vacuum-nitrided tooling made on site |
| Dimensional freedom | Footprint, subdivision, insulation thickness, openings and outlet positions to the site drawing |
| Capacity | 50,000 t/year partner manufacturing base, 100,000 t+ group-wide; packing film, foam, moisture barrier, timber crates |
Dimensional and performance figures are taken from the manufacturing partner’s own product catalogue. Mill certificates, spectrometer analysis reports and coating thickness records are issued with each shipment.
What we can change for your project – and what we cannot
Material and Grade
Alloy selection follows the duty of each member rather than a single house grade. 6063-T5 is used for the trim, glazing beads and the lighter framing, 6005-T5 is specified where a member has to take more load without growing in depth, and 6061-T6 goes into the parts that see the worst of it – lifting eyes, corner castings and jacking points. Every heat of billet is checked on a direct-reading spectrometer before it reaches the press, and the billet itself is sourced from approved partner manufacturers.
Surface Finish
Six finishing routes are available on the same site: anodising, electrostatic powder coating, fluorocarbon (PVDF) coating, electrophoretic lacquer, wood-grain heat transfer and decorative treatments. All of them run over a chromium-free pre-treatment line supplied by an approved partner manufacturer, and the powder is first-tier material supplied by an approved partner manufacturer. Because the whole chain is in-house, a unit can be finished in a single colour across frame and trim rather than in whatever the coater happened to have in stock.
Custom Tooling
Custom tooling is part of the normal service, not a special case. The in-house die shop designs the section, runs simulation analysis on the metal flow, machines the die and hardens it by vacuum nitriding, so a frame, trim or fixing section can be produced to a customer’s own drawing. Existing dies can also be reworked where a project needs a variant of something already in the library.
Made-to-Order Sizing
Unit dimensions, internal layout, wall and roof build-up, window and door positions, service points and finish colour are all set per order. The footprint is normally kept to a transport module so the unit moves on ordinary road and container transport, but within that constraint the plan is drawn to the project.
Factory and Export Capability
Shipment is handled directly by the approved partner manufacturer, which holds a direct export licence for aluminium and aluminium products, and loading is supervised internally — whether the order fills a full container or shares one. Annual production capacity is 50,000 tonnes at the partner manufacturing base and exceeds 100,000 tonnes across the group network. Packing includes protective film, moisture-barrier wrapping, foam interleaving and timber crating; terms are FOB, CIF or DDP.
Production and Finishing
Extrusion in the confirmed alloy and temper, then anodising, powder coating, PVDF, electrophoresis or wood-grain transfer to the approved colour sample.
Applications
Repeated relocation duty
An aluminium frame does not corrode at damaged lifting points.
Where this profile is specified
The configuration of Where this profile is specified is selected against the operating conditions, installation interfaces and destination-market requirements. Include the intended use and site constraints in the RFQ.
Construction site offices
Factory-fitted and occupiable on arrival, at the point in the programme when nothing else exists.
Project management and engineering offices
Multiple units combined side by side for larger floor areas.
Security and gate houses
Self-contained, relocatable, with fit-out already installed.
Mining and infrastructure camps
Combines with kitchen, bathroom and accommodation units from one range.
Temporary sales and marketing suites
Deployed for a sales phase and then relocated intact.
Quality Control & Inspection
Registration numbers and certifying body in full, checkable at cnca.gov.cn. The GB/T 5237 inspection reports cover extruded aluminium building profile and are not cited here, because they do not describe this product.
Management-System Certification
Packing & Delivery
Enquiry and Drawing
Send the section drawing, a sample, or the opening schedule and performance target. Our engineers confirm which series fits and say so plainly if a different one fits better.
Tooling and Sample
Where a bespoke section is needed the die is designed with simulation analysis, cut and nitrided in house, and a sample length is produced for approval.
Export Packing and Shipping
Protective film, moisture barrier, foam interleaving and timber crating, on FOB / CIF / DDP terms with container loading supervised in house.
Other products in this range, and where they have been used
Aluminium Kitchen Cabin
Aluminium kitchen cabin sized for 60-person catering, with stainless work surfaces and extraction.
Aluminium Bathroom Cabin
Aluminium bathroom cabin with 6 showers and 4 WCs, pre-plumbed for fast site hook-up.
Aluminium Modular Villa
Combinable aluminium modular villa units that join into multi-room or two-storey layouts.
The full range sits under Aluminium Prefab & Modular, and the buildings and sites these products have gone into are listed under Overseas Projects. If none of them is quite your specification, say what is different in the enquiry – most of what we ship is made to a drawing rather than picked off a shelf.
Send the drawings, the opening schedule or the performance target. Our engineers will confirm the series, the alloy, the finish and the delivered price — and tell you plainly if another series in the range fits your project better.
