Product Overview & Technical Data
Product Overview
Combinable aluminium modular villa built from coordinated aluminium-framed modules that join to form larger dwellings, factory-finished to a residential rather than a site-cabin standard.
This is the range’s residential product, and it differs from the site cabins in intent rather than in construction method. A camp cabin is specified for deployment speed and relocation; a modular villa is specified because someone will live in it and expect it to look and feel like a house. That means the finish standard, the window specification, the insulation and the internal detailing are all pitched higher, while the underlying discipline – factory assembly, coordinated modules, transport-sized units – stays the same.
Combinability is what makes the product useful rather than merely available. Because the modules are dimensionally coordinated, several can be joined to produce different plan forms and floor areas from one component set. A two-module unit is a compact dwelling; four modules make a family house; a cluster arranged around a courtyard makes a resort. Nothing is redesigned between those cases – the same modules are arranged differently, which is precisely why modular construction is cheaper when it is done properly and no cheaper at all when every unit is bespoke.
The aluminium structure suits the applications these buildings usually go to. Eco-tourism cabins, coastal resorts, island developments and holiday accommodation are almost always in humid, saline or heavily vegetated locations, frequently with no road access for heavy plant, and often maintained by a small local team rather than a facilities contractor. A frame that does not corrode and does not need periodic coating is worth considerably more in that context than the initial cost difference suggests.

Technical Data & Specification Review
Published parameters are reference configurations for this series. Final values are subject to approved drawings, manufacturer technical documents, samples and project inspection records.
| Extrusion grades | 6063-T5 for trim and light framing · 6005-T5 for loaded members · 6061-T6 for lifting eyes, corners and jacking points |
| Billet and testing | Mainstream compatible hardware system suppliers; direct-reading spectrometer on every heat |
| Finishing routes | Six in-house lines – anodising, powder, PVDF, electrophoresis, wood-grain transfer, decorative – over chromium-free pre-treatment supplied by an approved partner manufacturer |
| Tooling | In-house die design, simulation, machining and vacuum nitriding; new dies to drawing, existing dies reworked |
| Made to order | Plan size, ceiling height, partitions, insulation build-up, opening and service schedule, colour |
| Export | Own export licence; loading supervised in-house; FOB / CIF / DDP |
Dimensional and performance figures are taken from the manufacturing partner’s own product catalogue. Mill certificates, spectrometer analysis reports and coating thickness records are issued with each shipment.
What we can change for your project – and what we cannot
Material and Grade
Alloy selection follows the duty of each member rather than a single house grade. 6063-T5 is used for the trim, glazing beads and the lighter framing, 6005-T5 is specified where a member has to take more load without growing in depth, and 6061-T6 goes into the parts that see the worst of it – lifting eyes, corner castings and jacking points. Every heat of billet is checked on a direct-reading spectrometer before it reaches the press, and the billet itself is sourced from approved partner manufacturers.
Surface Finish
Six finishing routes are available on the same site: anodising, electrostatic powder coating, fluorocarbon (PVDF) coating, electrophoretic lacquer, wood-grain heat transfer and decorative treatments. All of them run over a chromium-free pre-treatment line supplied by an approved partner manufacturer, and the powder is first-tier material supplied by an approved partner manufacturer. Because the whole chain is in-house, a unit can be finished in a single colour across frame and trim rather than in whatever the coater happened to have in stock.
Custom Tooling
Bespoke sections are supported. Dies are designed with simulation analysis, cut in-house and hardened in a vacuum nitriding furnace, so a frame or trim section can be opened to a customer’s drawing where a standard profile does not suit the layout – and an existing die from the 5,000-plus item library can be modified where the requirement is close.
Made-to-Order Sizing
Sizing is done from the site drawing. The overall footprint, internal subdivision, insulation thickness in wall and roof, opening schedule, service outlet positions and colour are all made to order, and the only real constraint is that the finished module still has to travel – so dimensions are normally worked back from road and container limits for the destination.
Factory and Export Capability
The approved partner manufacturer holds its own import-export licence for aluminium and aluminium products and supervises container loading itself, in full containers or consolidated with other items. Production capacity is 50,000 tonnes a year at the partner manufacturing base and over 100,000 tonnes group-wide across multiple partner manufacturing bases, so unit volumes are not the constraint. Every consignment goes out with protective film, moisture-barrier wrapping, foam interleaving and timber crating, on FOB, CIF or DDP terms as required.
Production and Finishing
Extrusion in the confirmed alloy and temper, then anodising, powder coating, PVDF, electrophoresis or wood-grain transfer to the approved colour sample.
Applications
Where this profile is specified
The configuration of Where this profile is specified is selected against the operating conditions, installation interfaces and destination-market requirements. Include the intended use and site constraints in the RFQ.
Eco-tourism and resort cabins
Residential finish standard in humid, saline or remote locations.
Island and coastal developments
A non-corroding frame where salt air governs the maintenance regime.
Holiday and rental accommodation
Multiple plan forms from one coordinated module set.
Staff and expatriate housing
Family-sized dwellings assembled from joined modules.
Quality Control & Inspection
Registration numbers and certifying body in full, checkable at cnca.gov.cn. The GB/T 5237 inspection reports cover extruded aluminium building profile and are not cited here, because they do not describe this product.
Management-System Certification
Packing & Delivery
Rapid residential delivery
Factory build reduces site time where local trades are scarce.
Phased development
Add modules as demand grows without redesigning the building.
Enquiry and Drawing
Send the section drawing, a sample, or the opening schedule and performance target. Our engineers confirm which series fits and say so plainly if a different one fits better.
Tooling and Sample
Where a bespoke section is needed the die is designed with simulation analysis, cut and nitrided in house, and a sample length is produced for approval.
Export Packing and Shipping
Protective film, moisture barrier, foam interleaving and timber crating, on FOB / CIF / DDP terms with container loading supervised in house.
Other products in this range, and where they have been used
Aluminum Modular Prefab House
20 ft aluminium modular prefab house living unit, insulated panel walls on an aluminium frame.
Foldable Aluminium Mobile House
Foldable aluminium mobile house that erects in under an hour, shipped folded to cut freight cost.

The full range sits under Aluminium Prefab & Modular, and the buildings and sites these products have gone into are listed under Overseas Projects. If none of them is quite your specification, say what is different in the enquiry – most of what we ship is made to a drawing rather than picked off a shelf.
