Truck Body Aluminum Profiles 6061-T6
Truck body aluminum profiles in 6061-T6 for vehicle panels, floors and structural sections. Send drawings for fabrication review, packing and export quotation.
Product Overview & Technical Data
Product Overview
Gallery images are illustrative. Final appearance and configuration follow the approved drawings and technical offer.
Floor uses anti-slip diamond plate 2.5-5.0mm thick. Sidewalls use snap-in profiles with dedicated clips, no welding required. Main frame beams use large hollow profiles with bending stiffness 30% higher than steel of equal weight.
Supply & Delivery Notes
Contract & Export Entity
Luyu International coordinates the contract, payment, export documents and project delivery.

Drawing and Configuration Review
The review for truck body aluminum profiles covers load paths, joint design, fastener or weld access, drainage, edge protection and interfaces with panels and floor members. Any proposed change should be returned as a marked drawing, specification note or clarification list. Production should begin only after the customer and supplier are working from the same revision. This approach reduces ambiguity around dimensions, interfaces and responsibility for work completed at the destination.
Applications
Application 01
Box trucks, semi-trailers, refrigerated vehicles, RV chassis, logistics delivery vans. Pair with tail lift profiles.
Quality Control & Inspection
Quality and Inspection Plan
Agree the inspection points before production. A practical plan may include material records, section dimensions, straightness, cut-length checks, finish inspection and agreed fabrication samples. The required documents depend on the order and destination, so the quotation should state which reports are included and which require third-party inspection. General references can be checked through the ISO standards catalogue; the applicable project standard must still be written into the approved technical offer.
Packing & Delivery
Cut to length per body size, bundled for export. Custom dies available in 15-20 days. Bending, punching, welding and anodizing available.
A useful enquiry for truck body aluminum profiles starts with the application rather than a catalogue photograph. Please send cross-section drawings, structural duty, vehicle body layout, joining method, cut lengths, surface finish and destination regulations. This lets the engineering team compare the requested scope with the available production route and identify information that still needs written confirmation. Where a value is not shown on an approved drawing or specification, it should be treated as open for review rather than assumed.
Export Packing and Delivery
For export orders, confirm surface protection, bundle support, part identification and loading plans that prevent bending or abrasion. The commercial offer should identify the Incoterm, loading location, destination port, document set and any site work excluded from supply. Photos taken during packing may be requested as shipment records, but illustrative website images are not evidence of a completed customer project.
Comparing Quotations
Compare offers on the same technical scope. Check whether material, finishing, machining or assembly, inspection, packing, inland transport and export documents are included. A lower headline price may exclude work that must be purchased later. For truck body aluminum profiles, send the latest drawings and destination details through the quotation form; the response should list assumptions, exclusions and items requiring confirmation before an order is accepted.
Include photographs of the installation area or comparable interfaces when they help explain access, clearance, appearance or handling constraints. They are reference inputs, not substitutes for dimensioned drawings and written acceptance criteria.
For truck body aluminum profiles, final material, dimensions, tolerances, finishes, packing and delivery terms are confirmed against the approved drawings and written technical offer.
