Product Overview & Technical Data

Product Overview

As an export and supply-chain coordinator, Luyu International sources high-performance energy-efficient window and door systems for residential and commercial buildings. Our PA66 GF25 thermal break profiles deliver excellent U-value performance while maintaining structural strength and durability.

We offer complete series of thermal break aluminum profiles including 60mm, 70mm, and 80mm casement systems, sliding doors, and tilt-turn windows. Conformity with EN 14024 is confirmed for the selected model before order confirmation and are available with anodizing, powder coating, and wood-grain heat transfer finishes.

thermal break casement profile 24mm is engineered for high-performance architectural fenestration and energy-efficient building facades. Our premium G64 / 70G system, manufactured from prime architectural aluminum with a robust 24 mm polyamide thermal break, delivers exceptional structural stability and thermal insulation.

Designed to meet rigorous international standards, this system minimizes thermal transmittance while supporting heavy triple-glazed configurations. The precision-engineered chamber geometry ensures superior wind resistance and weather sealing for commercial and residential projects.

FEATURE 01

Drawing or Sample In

Send a section drawing, a physical sample, or simply the opening schedule and the performance you need to hit. Our engineers come back with the series that fits – including when that is a different series from the one you asked about.

FEATURE 02

Die and First Article

If no existing die suits, a new one is designed with metal-flow simulation, machined and vacuum-nitrided on site, and a sample length is extruded for your approval before the run is scheduled.

Series G64 and 70G thermal-break casement, high energy-saving group
Thermal break 24 mm strip
Family matching 65G thermal-break casement door series available
Extrusion grades 6063-T5 (standard architectural), 6005-T5 (higher mechanical duty), 6061-T6 (heavy duty)
Coating options Anodising, powder coating, fluorocarbon (PVDF), electrophoretic lacquer, wood-grain heat transfer; chromium-free pre-treatment
Custom sections Die opened to customer drawing, or an existing die modified; simulation analysis and vacuum die nitriding on site
Dimensional flexibility Cut length, wall thickness within envelope, colour, bundle size – all specified per order
Export capability Direct licence for aluminium products; moisture-barrier and timber-crate packing; FOB / CIF / DDP terms

Dimensional and performance figures are taken from the manufacturing partner’s own product catalogue. Mill certificates, spectrometer analysis reports and coating thickness records are issued with each shipment.

High-performance residential

The 24 mm break reaches frame U-values that 20 mm strips cannot.

Severe cold climates

The longest conduction path in the standard casement range, for continental winter conditions.

Two depths, one thermal spec

G64 and 70G share the 24 mm break, so depth can be chosen for span and glass weight.

Certified low-energy buildings

Frame performance is usually the limiting term once the glass specification is fixed.

Condensation-sensitive interiors

A longer break raises internal frame surface temperature, which is what controls surface condensation.

Doors to match

The 65G thermal-break casement door series keeps door and window performance aligned.

What we can change for your project – and what we cannot

Material and Grade

Standard grades are 6063-T5, 6005-T5 and 6061-T6, selected against the duty of the individual section rather than applied uniformly across a system. Aluminium billet comes from large domestic producers and a direct-reading spectrometer result is recorded against each heat – one of three in-house laboratories, alongside chemical analysis and physical-mechanical testing.

Surface Finish

Surface treatment options are anodising, powder coating, fluorocarbon (PVDF) coating, electrophoretic lacquer and wood-grain heat transfer, the last of these running on a dedicated transfer line with a single-length vacuum oven. Pre-treatment chemistry is supplied by an approved partner manufacturer; powder is supplied by an approved partner manufacturer and equivalent first-tier brands. RAL and bespoke colours are both matched to a signed-off sample.

Custom Tooling

Bespoke tooling is part of the offer, not an exception to it. Die design uses simulation analysis and virtual manufacturing, dies are cut on site and hardened in a vacuum nitriding furnace, and customers’ own drawings are accepted directly. Existing dies in the 5,000-plus item library can also be adapted for a project-specific variant.

Made-to-Order Sizing

Everything that can reasonably be varied is varied to order – cut length, wall thickness within the section’s design envelope, finish colour and bundle size. A length schedule supplied with the order is cut to as issued, so material arrives ready to fabricate.

Factory and Export Capability

Shipping is handled by the factory itself, which holds a direct export licence for aluminium and aluminium products. The plant runs 375 staff including 45 technical personnel across three in-house laboratories. Packing for export uses protective film, moisture barrier, foam interleaving and timber crating, with FOB, CIF and DDP all available.

Extrude, Then Finish

The confirmed alloy and temper go through the press, then through whichever finish was agreed – anodising, powder, PVDF, electrophoresis or wood-grain transfer – matched to the approved colour panel.

Packed for the Voyage

Protective film, moisture-barrier wrap, foam between profiles and timber crates, loaded into the container under our own supervision, on FOB, CIF or DDP terms.
