Drawing and Configuration Review
The review for bi-fold expandable house covers hinges and locking points, floor and roof continuity, weather seals, service connections and safe deployment clearance. Any proposed change should be returned as a marked drawing, specification note or clarification list. Production should begin only after the customer and supplier are working from the same revision. This approach reduces ambiguity around dimensions, interfaces and responsibility for work completed at the destination.
Applications
Application 01
Emergency command centers, field hospitals, disaster relief, exploration camps, temporary offices, military command, exhibition booths. Pair with foldable house.
Quality Control & Inspection
Quality and Inspection Plan
Agree the inspection points before production. A practical plan may include approved drawings, assembly records, repeated opening tests, service checks, water-ingress review and final inspection. The required documents depend on the order and destination, so the quotation should state which reports are included and which require third-party inspection. General references can be checked through the ISO standards catalogue; the applicable project standard must still be written into the approved technical offer.
Packing & Delivery
Prefabricated, standard container shipping, 10-minute hydraulic deployment. Interior layout, medical interfaces, communication systems customizable.
A useful enquiry for bi-fold expandable house starts with the application rather than a catalogue photograph. Please send folded and deployed dimensions, room layout, occupancy, insulation, electrical and plumbing scope, foundation, quantity and destination. This lets the engineering team compare the requested scope with the available production route and identify information that still needs written confirmation. Where a value is not shown on an approved drawing or specification, it should be treated as open for review rather than assumed.
Export Packing and Delivery
For export orders, confirm shipping restraints, protected folding interfaces, lifting points, unloading equipment and a documented deployment sequence. The commercial offer should identify the Incoterm, loading location, destination port, document set and any site work excluded from supply. Photos taken during packing may be requested as shipment records, but illustrative website images are not evidence of a completed customer project.
Comparing Quotations
Compare offers on the same technical scope. Check whether material, finishing, machining or assembly, inspection, packing, inland transport and export documents are included. A lower headline price may exclude work that must be purchased later. For bi-fold expandable house, send the latest drawings and destination details through the quotation form; the response should list assumptions, exclusions and items requiring confirmation before an order is accepted.
Include photographs of the installation area or comparable interfaces when they help explain access, clearance, appearance or handling constraints. They are reference inputs, not substitutes for dimensioned drawings and written acceptance criteria.
