Product Overview & Technical Data

Product Overview

Illustrative product image. Final appearance and configuration follow the approved drawings and technical offer.

Inner bore can be machined with internal splines, bearing seats, threaded holes and terminal box mounting surfaces. CNC turning concentricity ≤0.05mm, end face runout ≤0.02mm. Water-cooled channels can be extruded on inner wall to form closed-loop cooling with end caps, increasing heat dissipation area by 40%.

Outer fin height, thickness and spacing are optimized per thermal design. Fin height up to 40mm, thickness 2-3mm, total heat dissipation area 2.5x greater than smooth housing. Fin tips are radiused to avoid stress concentration; black anodizing improves radiative cooling.

Drawing and Configuration Review

The review for motor housing heat sink covers extrusion feasibility, concentric features, bearing and mounting interfaces, machining stock and the connection between fins and the cooling path. Any proposed change should be returned as a marked drawing, specification note or clarification list. Production should begin only after the customer and supplier are working from the same revision. This approach reduces ambiguity around dimensions, interfaces and responsibility for work completed at the destination.

Applications

01

Application 01

EV drive motors, industrial servo motors, generators, air compressor motors, elevator traction machines. Pair with heat sink profiles.

Quality Control & Inspection

Quality and Inspection Plan

Agree the inspection points before production. A practical plan may include material records, dimensional inspection against agreed datums, machining reports and surface-finish checks. The required documents depend on the order and destination, so the quotation should state which reports are included and which require third-party inspection. General references can be checked through the ISO standards catalogue; the applicable project standard must still be written into the approved technical offer.

Packing & Delivery

Hardness and dimensional reports supplied. Water-cooled parts 100% pressure tested. Packed in wooden crates with anti-collision trays.

A useful enquiry for motor housing heat sink starts with the application rather than a catalogue photograph. Please send the motor envelope, bore and mounting drawings, cooling method, alloy and temper, machining datums, tolerances and annual demand. This lets the engineering team compare the requested scope with the available production route and identify information that still needs written confirmation. Where a value is not shown on an approved drawing or specification, it should be treated as open for review rather than assumed.

Export Packing and Delivery

For export orders, confirm protection for machined bores and fins, part separation, traceable labels and stable export crating. The commercial offer should identify the Incoterm, loading location, destination port, document set and any site work excluded from supply. Photos taken during packing may be requested as shipment records, but illustrative website images are not evidence of a completed customer project.

Comparing Quotations

Compare offers on the same technical scope. Check whether material, finishing, machining or assembly, inspection, packing, inland transport and export documents are included. A lower headline price may exclude work that must be purchased later. For motor housing heat sink, send the latest drawings and destination details through the quotation form; the response should list assumptions, exclusions and items requiring confirmation before an order is accepted.

Include photographs of the installation area or comparable interfaces when they help explain access, clearance, appearance or handling constraints. They are reference inputs, not substitutes for dimensioned drawings and written acceptance criteria.

For motor housing heat sink, final material, dimensions, tolerances, finishes, packing and delivery terms are confirmed against the approved drawings and written technical offer.
