Products We Can Supply

Aluminum PV frames

6063/6005-series extruded frames customized to module dimensions, wall thickness and installation.

Magnesium frames

Lightweight magnesium PV frames validated for strength and corrosion-protection requirements.

Energy-storage housings

Aluminum housings with internal cooling passages, leak-resistant design and assembly interfaces.

Typical Specifications & RFQ Inputs

Typical materials 6063, 6005, 6061 and 6082 aluminum; AZ31 magnesium where confirmed
Surface treatment Natural or black anodizing and project-specified corrosion protection
Reference performance Anodic film 10–25 μm; salt-spray and weathering requirement confirmed in writing
Housing inspection Passages, flatness, reference pressure around 0.5–1.5 MPa and zero-leak requirement per project
Final specifications are confirmed against the approved drawing, dated technical file and accepted sample.

Typical Applications

This product family is intended for PV modules, distributed solar, C&I energy-storage cabinets and liquid-cooled battery systems. Extrusion, forging, CNC, welding, finishing and assembly can be combined according to the operating conditions.

How We Control Quality

Luyu International matches manufacturing resources to the drawing, order volume and delivery plan, then coordinates material verification, dimensional and visual inspection, critical functional checks, batch documents and agreed third-party inspection. Alloy, temper, tolerances, finish and acceptance criteria are confirmed before order and checked against the approved file before shipment.

Procurement FAQ

What is required for a quotation?

Provide 2D/3D drawings, alloy and temper, critical tolerances, finish, annual demand, prototype quantity and destination country.

Can prototypes be supplied first?

Prototype supply can be arranged after tooling, material and process review; approval criteria and inspection items must be agreed before order.

Which quality documents can be supplied?

Depending on the product and order, we can coordinate material certificates, dimensional reports, finish or critical-process inspection records and batch traceability documents. The final list is confirmed at quotation stage.
