Product Overview & Technical Data
Product Overview
Product images are illustrative and show the JP55 system configuration. Final sections, finish, glazing and hardware follow the approved drawings and written technical offer.
Thermal break casement window profile JP55 is a 55 mm aluminium window system for residential, apartment, office and light-commercial projects. The system uses 6063-T5 extrusion and a 14.8 mm PA66-GF25 thermal barrier to separate the indoor and outdoor aluminium sections. It is supplied as a coordinated profile suite rather than a single bar, covering the frame, sash, mullion, glazing bead and compatible adapters required by the approved window schedule.
The 55 mm frame depth is suitable where the project needs a compact casement system and does not require the deeper sections used for larger openings or more demanding thermal targets. Performance values depend on the complete window assembly, including glass, spacer, gasket, hardware, fabrication quality and installation. For that reason, no air-tightness, water-tightness, wind-load, acoustic or U-value claim should be accepted without the corresponding tested configuration.

Technical Data & Specification Review
Published parameters are reference configurations for this series. Final values are subject to approved drawings, manufacturer technical documents, samples and project inspection records.
| Item | Reference specification |
|---|---|
| System | JP55 casement window profile suite |
| Frame depth | 55 mm nominal |
| Aluminium alloy | 6063-T5; final temper follows the approved offer |
| Thermal barrier | 14.8 mm PA66-GF25 reference strip |
| Surface finish | Anodizing, powder coating or wood-grain finish |
| Length and packing | Cut length and export packing confirmed per order |
These values describe a reference configuration, not a universal performance certificate. Wall thickness, profile weight, colour, coating thickness, tolerances and compatible components are confirmed against the customer drawing. The thermal break casement window profile can also be reviewed for fabrication services such as precision cutting, drainage machining, punching and hardware preparation.
Applications
Application 01
The configuration of JP55 Thermal-Break Casement Window Aluminium Profile is selected against the operating conditions, installation interfaces and destination-market requirements. Include the intended use and site constraints in the RFQ.
Quality Control & Inspection
Before production, the buyer should provide the elevation, section details, glass thickness, quantity by window type, colour standard and destination. Our engineering review identifies missing dimensions, interface conflicts and special packing needs. A confirmed sample or first-article section can be used when the project requires approval before the full batch.
Incoming billets, extrusion dimensions, straightness, finish appearance and packing are checked against the agreed inspection plan. The thermal break casement window profile order can include material certificates, dimensional records, finish checks and packing photographs when specified in the contract. Quality documentation may be organized in line with ISO 9001 quality management principles; any product-specific test report must match the actual system configuration supplied.
Packing & Delivery
Long profiles are protected with film, separated to reduce surface abrasion and bundled for handling. Cartons, reinforced bundles or timber cases can be selected according to finish sensitivity, order size and transport route. For container loading, bundle length, weight, lifting points and moisture protection are reviewed before dispatch. The thermal break casement window profile should arrive with clear package identification so the frame, sash, mullion and bead sections can be checked against the packing list.
FOB, CIF and other agreed Incoterms can be quoted after the destination port and delivery scope are known. Installation work, glass, hardware and local certification are included only when stated in the written offer.
