About Aluminum Profiles
Aluminum profiles are one of the most versatile building materials in modern construction. From window and door frames to curtain walls, structural components, and industrial systems, extruded aluminum provides an exceptional strength-to-weight ratio, natural corrosion resistance, and infinite design flexibility. At Luyu International, we supply a complete range of aluminum extrusion profiles for construction, industrial, and solar applications, backed by decades of hands-on construction experience.
We come from the construction industry and we are still doing projects today. We know how these materials are used on site, how to choose them, and what problems to avoid. We are builders, not just traders. We use what we sell.
Key Applications
- Window & Door Profiles — Thermal-break aluminum series 55/65/70/75/85/90/120A for residential and commercial buildings
- Curtain Wall Systems — Stick, unitized, point-supported, and BIPV-integrated facades
- Industrial Profiles — Automation frames, machine guards, conveyor systems, workstations
- Solar Energy Systems — Rails, clamps, mid clamps, end clamps, and tracking system components
- Moveable Aluminum Cabin — Container offices, bathroom pods, kitchen units, aluminum villas, A-frame cabins
Technical Advantages
- Alloy grades 6063-T5 and 6061-T6 for optimal strength and finish
- Wall thickness from 0.8mm to 3.0mm, custom dies available
- Surface finishes: mill finish, anodized, powder coating (polyester), wood grain, PVDF
- Thermal-break strips from 14.8mm to 34mm for high-insulation systems
- Full fabrication capability: cutting, drilling, CNC machining, bending, assembly
Standards & Quality
Our aluminum profiles comply with GB/T 5237, ASTM B221, and EN 755 standards. All extrusions undergo dimensional inspection, coating adhesion testing, salt spray testing, and impact resistance verification before shipment. We provide mill test certificates (MTC), coating warranty, and third-party inspection reports (SGS/BV) on request.
Export Experience
We have supplied aluminum profiles to projects in Australia, the Middle East, Southeast Asia, Africa, and South America. We understand export packaging requirements — wooden crates, protective film, interleave paper, and container loading optimization to minimize transit damage.

Frequently Asked Questions
Q1: What is your MOQ for aluminum profiles?
A: Standard stock profiles start from 500kg per item. Custom die designs require a die cost and a minimum order of 1-3 tons per profile. We can also consolidate multiple profiles in one container.
Q2: Can you produce custom profiles according to our drawings?
A: Yes. We have our own die workshop and can produce custom extrusion dies within 15-20 days. Send us your drawings or samples, and we will quote die cost and unit price.
Q3: What surface finishes do you offer?
A: Mill finish, anodized (10-25 micron), powder coating (40-120 micron, any RAL color), wood grain transfer, and PVDF fluorocarbon coating for coastal/high-corrosion environments.
Q4: What is your lead time?
A: Standard profiles: 15-25 days after deposit. Custom dies: 35-45 days including die development. We also keep common window/door profiles in stock for urgent orders.
Q5: What payment terms do you accept?
A: T/T 30% deposit, 70% before shipment. For long-term partners, we accept L/C at sight. Trade terms: FOB Qingdao/Shanghai, CIF, or DDP depending on your preference.
Q6: Do you provide fabrication and assembly?
A: Yes. We offer cutting to length, CNC drilling/milling, thermal-break assembly, glass installation, and complete window/door unit fabrication. We can ship ready-to-install units.
Q7: What certifications do your products have?
A: Our profiles comply with GB/T 5237, ASTM B221, and EN 755. Powder coating has Qualicoat certification. We provide SGS/BV inspection reports and MTC for every shipment.
